These rules keep learning useful and reduce harm. Admins may mute, remove posts, or ban for violations. Rules can evolve; Announcements is the source of truth for updates.

Core rules

1. Be kind and helpful. Assume good intent. Teach; do not dunk.
2. Educational only. Share experience and questions. Do not present chat advice as a prescription, diagnosis, or treatment plan.
3. No minors. 18+ only.
4. Keep topics in the right space.

   • Offers → Approved Promotions only
   • Questions → Discussion
   • Primer links → Docs
5. No member buy/sell/trade of peptides, injectables, or medical services in Discussion. Commercial activity belongs in Approved Promotions after approval.
6. No unsolicited sales DMs. Recruiting buyers via DM is an instant ban. If you get one, it is almost certainly a scam — report it.
7. No affiliate spam or fake reviews. Paid or sock-puppet reviews are banned.
8. No controlled-substance sourcing talk. Discussion of legally prescribed medicines under a clinician's care may be allowed at admin discretion; sourcing chatter is not.
9. No politics, media leaks, or doxxing. Do not talk to media about private chats. Do not screenshot and republish member content without consent.
10. Protect privacy. Anonymize lab screenshots. Blur names, clinic letterheads, and order details.
11. Quality over noise. Search Docs and recent threads before repeating the same question.
12. Chargebacks and fraud associated with community-related commerce may result in a ban.

How to ask a good question

• State your goal in one sentence.
• Note relevant constraints at a high level (e.g. "working with a clinician," "already have baseline labs," "new to the topic").
• Ask for resources or frameworks, not "tell me exactly what to inject."
• Tag admins only to report rule breaks — not for general questions.

Promotions

See How Promotions Work. Short version: only approved posts in the promotions space; any future optional affiliate or vendor follows the same lane as other approved promoters.

Disagreement is fine; misinformation theater is not

Critique ideas, not people. If you cite a study, name it. If you are sharing an anecdote, say so. Admins may remove confident medical claims that lack context or that pressure others into risky behavior.

Enforcement ladder

1. Warning / move to correct channel
2. Temporary mute
3. Removal from community

Severe cases (minors, sourcing controlled substances, scam DMs, harassment) may skip steps.

Reporting

Reply in-thread and contact an admin for spam, scams, or safety issues. Do not pile on.
